Cyril Donnelly passes
March 2nd, 2010 - Legislator John Kennedy’s Resolution naming the new Suffolk County Police 4th
Precinct Building in Hauppauge passes unanimously through the Suffolk County Legislature. The

the rank of Inspector upon the formation of the Suffolk County Police Department in 1960. Cyril
Donnelly retired in 1973 and passed away at the age of 72. Besides his career in police work, Mr.
